The storyline review

In the land of Anteria, there is an ongoing fight for power among Tribes from the islands, Greybeards, and Broken Crown. We, as the fourth power, are trying to gain power while showing out of nowhere. We have a task to beat other opponents and seize more lands. At the beginning we have to prepare the resources, construct buildings and gather items. When we do that, we will be able to begin the attack on the capital of the enemy. Then, we participate in the advanced mission that ends on the fight with the boss of hostile faction. How does the gameplay mechanics work?

By playing Champions of Anteria we participate in the fight for Anteria land. In order to conquer it, we have to fight hard battles with Greybeards, Broken Crown and the Tribe from the Islands. However, we are not alone in the fast. We will command the team that consists of three unique characters – heroes with unique abilities. The abilities of the characters from the team will depend from us.

At the beginning of the game we choose our team. There are five elements in the game that fight each other. We assign one of them to our character. After that, we can adjust their own range of skills. From the twelve possible abilities, we can choose four. The gameplay consists of the fights and battles with various bosses in the land of Anteria. We will have to face them in the fight for power. The game is colourful and very quick. In these terms the game resembles titles like World of Warcraft or Torchlight. The battles with bosses involve numerous stages. Therefore, the game isn’t boring. In each moment we can use so-called active pause. It lets us stop the game in any moment and rethink our moves. Even though the fight is the main part of the game, it isn’t the only option available. In addition to clashes, we can also manage our small kingdom. Moreover, there is possibility to build new constructions, store the weapons and create variety of items and mixtures. Unfortunately, in contrast to very interesting and advanced combat options, the management of your kingdom is limited and very simplified.

During the game we will carry out two types of tasks. To begin with, there is a preparatory phase, where we prepare structures, develop the kingdom, escort vehicles and obtain crucial resources. Thanks to all of that, we are better prepared for the second stage, which is the fight. Then, we can set off on an expanded mission to fight with the boss.
